Billmonitor said it can’t analyse my bills as my operator requires more info – why can’t you analyse my bills?

When Billmonitor attempts to access your bills, the operator site has a notice that your bills are not accessible until some action is taken on your account – usually this means your operator needs you to fill in additional information or confirm some details.

Please log in to your online billing account and ensure that you can access your bills online before trying to use Billmonitor again. If you’re able to see your bills and Billmonitor is still giving you this error, please let us know at feedback@billmonitor.com.
