Please include the deals on buymobilephones.net as a cashback/reward site
The website buymobilephones.net offers a different range of cash back deals from those that I can see on this website, and I would love to know how they compare to the sites that are used by billmonitor at the moment.

I would like a wider range of providers to compare
I have an offer from Plusnet, and want to compare it with my O2. I can't do that with you. Plusnet are offering existing BB customers 1 gb + lots of minutes and texts (I don't ever come near my allowance usage) but the 1gb would be good and about 4 times as much as my current O2 deal. And the plus net deal is only £5 pcm. So would be cheaper.

Please included Answer Phone costs in the comparison
I moved from Orange to T-Mobile as the result of a Bill Monitor recommendation. I am mostly satisfied, but found after I switched that the answer phone was free with Orange but a chargeable extra with T-Mobile. Please can this cost be included in the comparison analysis. Thanks

Take Free Landline Calls into account
Very very good idea, this site!!
The only thing I'd suggest is to take free landline calls into account. Having analysed my bill, the minute count was very high, making your recommendations more expensive than what I currently pay. This doesn't accurately reflect my usage as I have free landline calls. I would look to keep this on a new tariff, and so would need far fewer minutes.Sorry, otherwise, great idea!!

Exclude free services when checking online billing
The online bill checker appears to be counting Vodafone's 44555 (balance enquiry) and possibly 5555 (Vodafone Passport enquiry and sign up) as premium minutes. These, and any similar services, should be ignored.

Allow manual tweaking of calculated values
I recently visited Dublin for the weekend and therefore my 3 month average shows roaming minutes, texts and data.
I never normally go abroad and this is not indicative of my normal usage, so in this case, I'd want to hide the roaming charges from the calculation.
This has meant that BillMonitor thinks my average bill will go up from £17/month to over £150/month!

Show total cost of contract
It would be cool too see the total amount you spend for the whole contract (i.e. the monthly spend times by the contract length)

Help with multiple phones by adding phone identification
I have registered 3 phone numbers/bills to be monitored. The email I receive lists the phone number but when I then click on the link to show me the detailed results it appears to recalculate everything rather than showing the results of the analysis represented in the email and it doesn't show the email number the analysis relates to.
There also doesn't appear to be a way of reviewing the account details you hold for my phone numbers/accounts.

Search by colour
contract search options should include colour for example Samsung Galaxy S3, when I looked was only available in red, however other colours are available and at different prices such as titanium colour is more expensive on some sites

Identify Insurance
Identify insurance and either match or start tracking independent insurers of phones.
You suggested a policy which cost more at a basic level because you treated the insurance as an extra, which for me, it isn't, it's an essential part of my contract.3 votes -
Invest in some search engine optimisation and promotion
I had no ideas that you guys existed by the service you offer is great. Despite doing a number of searches on Google using terms such as 'mobile phone tariff chooser' or 'mobile phone bill analyser' you don't appear anywhere. You've really to to start getting yourself out there!

Add more data options
I'm the type of person who uses a lot of data so a power user option of >5GB would be useful as 1gb is hardly anything to me.

fix three's International Saver bundle calculation
I typed in 400 Minutes to Europe and Three was way more expensive (£200ish). I'm currently with three and I get these 400 minutes for £15 because I have International Saver, a bundle you say you support!

buymobilephones.net
Please add the contracts offered on this site to your search results. The contracts offered for the HTC Incredible S are MUCH cheaper and for a shorter contract term than the ones that came up in your calculator results.

By showing an estimated time of completion for bill analysing.
When you click analyse my bills there is no indication of how long it should take and it would be helpful if there was.

take into account device purchase, especially for iPhone.
Bill monitor tells me there are better deals elsewhere, but this is not the case whiltst my monthly bill is effectively being used to buy the iPhone from O2

Take within-network minutes into consideration
I may spend 500 minutes a month calling three people, and only 50 minutes calling others. And so, unlimited 3 to 3 calls and 100 mins a month would be perfect (and cheaper), rather than 700 any network minutes. So I think that should be taken into consideration.
You could also analyse phone numbers called, and look up their network, to get that info.
