Recommend Pay As You Go (PAYG) Tariffs
I don't use my mobile phone much (probably about 60 minutes and 60 txts pm). If the site compared pay as you go tariffs as well as monthly ones it would be 10x more useful for people like me.

Recommend GiffGaff Plans
Add GiffGaff to our list of recommended providers, so users can view see how much it would cost them if they switched to GiffGaff.
93 votesThey are techinically PAYG – so we dont’ include them currently. However, we are aware that it works similar to contract payments and are looking into how we might include them in future.

Let me remove weird periods from my assessment
I called home from abroad a lot one month which is very unusual for me. The assessment took this into account - it would be great if I could choose to exclude periods from the assessment.
86 votesThis continues to be an issue that people find disappointing. We’re aware it’s a shortcoming in the current service and are working on how to improve it. As this is a fundamental change to how billmonitor works, we’re still considering the best way to implement this. Can’t give an ETA right now but it’s on our must-have list!

help me to choose my contract based on signal strength
For people who live outside cities, signal strength can be a deciding factor in choosing a contract. Could BillMonitor search according to this somehow?

Include Mobile Broadband deals as well
As mobile broadband deals are also sold on contract/pre-pay basis (sim cards+modems), I think they should also be included including a rating of their quality of service(We all know they advertise and say a lot but reality proves otherwise - and this is especially useful to avoid getting stuck in lengthy contracts with pathetic quality of service like from three).

indicate if unlimited data covers using the phone as a modem
I connect my mobile to my laptop via bluetooth and then I can get any network services, i.e. email and www. My provider seem to "allow" this to happen and it is a major saving as I do not need to pay for a dongle or additional extras but a colleague of mine cannot do this. I think having this capability is a big plus point if data and mobility are important to you and after all data is data so why should it mater what the originating device is or whether you are after email or the internet?
50 votesIncluding information about whether a network allows tethering or not is a great idea. We’ll definitely be looking into this and how to inform you in the best way possible.

Allow users to specify usage when you can't read it from their on-line billing
On my assessment, it says "T-Mobile doesn't report data usage for unlimited plans. If you use a lot of data, be sure to choose a plan with a data bundle." All the plans it suggests are without data.
It would be good if I could select my data usage and have it cacluate plans with that usage included.

Allow the option of adjusting your usage particularly an option to use more data
I try not to use the internet on my phone because i know I will be charged for it, but if it is included I would use it more. We need the option to set our own future usage levels for this - perhaps with an additional question "Would you use a free data allowance if it were available?"

Recommend Virgin Mobile Tariffs
you say that you include virgin for plan recommendations in http://billmonitor.uservoice.com/knowledgebase/articles/10125 but they are not in the list of networks to choose from!

Recommend Talkmobile Tariffs
Talkmobile's tariffs for Desire S etc. are unbeatable at the moment, yet they don't seem to feature

You should consider buying the phone separately, then a SIM only contract.
Buying an iPhone handset alone (with a network), then getting a £10 sim might actually better deal for some people (as an example). I'd like to see it considered.

Analyse CarPhoneWarehouse Bills
I review my 02 bill via Carphonewarehouse.
22 votesI think T-Mobile or Three are likely to be next on our task list due to their popularity. Although if you have a Carphone account then keep voting, it will certainly help us prioritise what to work on next.

Analyse GiffGaff
I see that you can select by network- I know that MVNOs like GiffGaff and Virgin can sometimes beat the networks in terms of cost- any plans to include this in your analyses?

Please would it be possible to include cashback in comparison
Thank you for this site, but I have a suggestion.
My contract is on O2 24Months £28pcm but I get a total of £288 cashback over the 2 years, which makes my actual payment £16pcm.
Wondering if there could be somewhere that this can be included in the final calculation, (even if we have to manually edit the results) as each time I have to mentally take off £12p/m to get a truly accurate comparison.

Offer upgrade tariffs as well as new customers
The recommendation for a new contract was spot on but even though I specified to my existing network and specified to stay on the same network (Orange), the recommended deal was for a new contract.
That deal isn't available on an upgrade.
Would be good if you differentiated between upgrade and new customer tarrifs.15 votes -
Analyse Pay As You Go (PAYG) Bills
The bill monitoring is brilliant and I like the look of the rolling monthly contracts, but it would be really useful to know if they were better value than what I'm spending on payg at the moment
12 votesThanks for the kind feedback!
I think T-Mobile or Three are likely to be next on our task list due to their popularity. If you have a pay and go account then keep voting however, it will certainly help us prioritise what to work on next.
