Allow users to specify usage when you can't read it from their on-line billing
On my assessment, it says "T-Mobile doesn't report data usage for unlimited plans. If you use a lot of data, be sure to choose a plan with a data bundle." All the plans it suggests are without data.
It would be good if I could select my data usage and have it cacluate plans with that usage included.

Same issue. Without this data, are the recommendations valid?

It appears that as I am on unlimited data / sms you are unable to account for it when checking my t-mobile bill, might be worth allowing users to input such usage

How long do you need to review/work on this? It seems to be a very positive suggestion that would be really helpful. I do not have any data on my current contract but will want to add it when changing. Being able to specify expected usage would be much more accurate.
Surely it is a lot easier to work things out without having to analyse the bill? But I guess that is what all the other comparison sites are about aren't they?

In addition to this it would be good if it allowed you to select months where you've paid for a premium service on your phone bill, which affects it's normal amount.

It's great that you accepted this suggestion, but this feature seems to have taken >3.5 years to implement?
Cheers,
Tim.

Since T-Mobile won't tell you my data usage, can I just enter it? I can get my phone to meter it, and in actual fact, T-Mobile gave me my monthly average when I asked them over the phone...

I was easily able to get data usage figures from my network supplier - billmonitor had over-estimated my bill usage dramatically so most of the suggested contracts were far more expensive than I need. (But a great site still and obviously sensible to over rather than under-estimate in general!!)

This is a feature of all Android 4.0 and later phones, too. I'd guess that smartphone users are most likely to worry about data usage.

I'm currently on an unlimited data bundle so as a default BM added just 250MB to my analysis, which I don't think would be enough. It would be good to be able to increase or decrease this amount

Many HTC phones track mobile internet use so it would be handy to be able to enter it on a monthly basis for networks that don't disclose data usage

Really useful service.
As T-Mobile won;t always provide you with data information, it would good if you could set this manually in the "refine" section, rather than making an assumption of 250Mb.
It would also be useful if you could delselect any months where there may have been unusual usage (such as when a phone is stolen or broken and the usage drops).

I get contracts based in various places, and my last three months have been in a lousy reception area. Consequently I haven't used data as much as I would normally. It would be great to be able to choose the expected data useage so the best package can be suggested. This also means that the suggested phone doesn't reflect my lifestyle.
