be more up to date with your 3 tariffs
I used the bill monitor to see if I could get a better deal for the upgrade phone I want - the HTC Desire. The calculator comes back with a basic contract of £20 but when you click the select link taking you to Three's website it shows a rate f £32 per month

Hi,
The problem here is not that our plans are out of date, but that the handset comes with a monthly cost attached to it. You could get the same tariff with another plan for £20, but to get the Desire, you have to pay an extra £12. This isn't displayed on our interface, which is really confusing, and I'm going to find a way to fix this asap! Thankyou for pointing it out!
