How can we improve Billmonitor?

  2. Why are not all of the mobile network providers included when doing a search?

    I notice using your search site for phone and SIM only deals that not all the network providers are included, so an additional seperate search is required to do a full comparison. Can you add GiffGaff, Talk Mobile, Sainsburys mobile and even new to the market BT mobile?

  4. LET ME SEARCH FOR WHAT I WANT!

    also, some of the deals you suggest are not available unless I'm an existing customer, and I can't search other deals through your screen. Its inflexible. It won't let me change my current allowances, even though I want to.

  7. Include new BT Mobile network

    As an existing BT Broadband and TV user I was offered a deal cheaper than your current research could identify. ( A Fiver a month, sim only) I would like you to include BT Mobile ( EE network) to help monitor value for money and to make them another option available to your other customers

  9. Keep me updated

    I submitted my details a couple of days ago and at the time I received an email stating that you were having difficulty getting the data from 3. Then later that day I received a message from 3 stating that my data had been accessed but I am yet to receive a report from billmonitor.

  10. Sort by total contract cost minus sim-free handset cost

    The service is already very useful, but it would be quite useful to be able to sort by (or even just show) the difference in cost between the total contract cost and the cost of just buying the same handset outright.

  11. Find the Best Deal with a Company that can supply your chosen phone

    Finding the best deal with a company that can actually supply you with your chosen contract. Mobiles.co.uk have been a nightmare for me,they had no stock & then I was informed that I would receive the phone on the 17th July & when I email them regarding delivery I'm informed that they have no stock again.

    Billmonitor put me on nano sim deal when I needed micro sim, could take me straight to right page if it knew the sim size.

  13. "Only cost an extra £700 per month"

    This recommendation doesn't make a lot of sense!

    It gives my average spend of about £11. (It's usually £9 but I spent a lot more while on holiday during one month.) That's fine.

    It says my current contract has finished but that isn't the case. I renewed it a few months ago.

    The contract it suggests is for a Lumia 735 which it says will cost over £700 on contract. I imagine that is for the entire contract length, usually 2 years. However the wording makes it sound like it would be this much every month. Also the different…

    My current bill is around £13 per month but I am being recommended to change to one costing £26 per month.

  16. Feedback

    Please take care with what you advertise as the upfront cost...the iPhone 6s 64GB is being shown as £200 with £27.50 monthly cost for unlimited texts and calls and 1GB data with 02 but I ended up with the handset cost of £249.99 which contradicts the calculation and I've realised does not make it the cheapest deal advertised on Bill Monitor with that spec.

  17. Compare deals which have all components included

    You compared my last 3 bills but failed to notice I currently have unlimited data included in my tariff then recommended a Tesco deal which has no data included! This service was clearly a waste of time and effort and I would like my email address removed from you data base as I do not wish to use your service again

  18. Duel bill

    I have 2 phones on the account. This app seems to link them. It shows for my number that I have 20 months left but it finishes in 7 months. The second phone finishes in 20 months.
