  1. Add Family/Friends on Same network effect

    several networks offer benefits for same network users
    eg O2 give users on same network free calls.
    Orange offer a Magic No per 6 months

    When reporting best plans, these need to be included in the assessment comment.. so users can assess impact./choose lower total mins.

  2. Maximum Usage

    Hi,
    Is it possible you could display the maximum for each category over the past 3 months as well as the average over the past 3 months, as this would be more in line with how contracts are charged. Going over your contract by 50 minutes one month may cost £20.00 (40p per minute cross network mobile) having an extra 200 minutes included in your contract may only be £3-5 per month.
    Also 6 months or longer would be useful when looking back over to buy a new contract.

  3. Add "supposedly" super cheap suppliers such as Family Mobile

    There are suppliers like Family Mobile whose tarrifs seem to be good deals but are they?

  6. Allow me to manually input my redemption cash back total throughout my contract.

    In order to compare my contract more accurately with other providers I should be able to manually input my redemption cash-back total. Billmonitor suggested I was under using my contract and was paying on average £30/month....when in reality I have been paying circa £17/month when deducting cash-back

  9. Can you make an app

    I've just looked at your analysis of my phone usage, and it's a revelation. Maybe T-mobile does provide the information but I can't see it. I'd like a dashboard that sits on or is accessible from the bar and has a series of meters showing usage and costs. I bought a phone outright and got what I thought would be a £10pm contract, mainly because I'll be moving to France. This was my first smartphone, and I'd never texted before. I wanted it to use while searching for property in France. I sent texts and photos back to the UK…

  10. Including free calls from boosters

    I have a T-mobile to T-mobile free call booster - these kinds of calls are nearly all of my calls, and do not come out of my monthly allowance. However bm doesn't recognise this and suggests that the best contract for me is one which is more expensive (e.g. I make roughly 600mins of calls a month, though only 100 come out of my 300mins/month allowance). BM then thinks the best option for me is to go for a more expensive contract with a 900mins/month allowance - not the optimal contract for me! I wonder if then it is possible…

  11. take 3 skype minutes into account esp. for foreign calls

    the tarriff checker fails to take into account 3`s skype package and the clear benefits it can bring and as such is fatally flawed

  13. Allow selection of contract length

    Allow the selection of sim only monthly rolling contracts.
    Many people now prefer the freedom of monthly rolling contracts, if they could select a preferred contract length that would be helpful.

  14. Peak usage

    Instead of giving a 3 month average, give the month with the peak usage because it is the peak which triggers extra cost because unused time / texts / MB are not carried over.

    The website buymobilephones.net offers a different range of cash back deals from those that I can see on this website, and I would love to know how they compare to the sites that are used by billmonitor at the moment.

  20. Excellent concept, but expand into other other bill analysis?

    I think bill monitor has a real unique concept, when I see ofcom have backed you that gave me peace of mind to know I am not getting ripped off. However, I do think that if bill monitor expanded into more markets like landline, energy, water, business, payg etc.

    There are already loads of comparison sites, but this seems the most efficient site to use, that actually analyses bills and chooses whats suitable and meets the needs rather than whats best for business or the most paid affiliate.
