  1. Help with multiple phones by adding phone identification

    I have registered 3 phone numbers/bills to be monitored. The email I receive lists the phone number but when I then click on the link to show me the detailed results it appears to recalculate everything rather than showing the results of the analysis represented in the email and it doesn't show the email number the analysis relates to.

    There also doesn't appear to be a way of reviewing the account details you hold for my phone numbers/accounts.

  3. Show more 'any handset' results

    It would be great to show more/all phones on the show 'any handset' result as i only had a choice of three phones which were not my only options. I was expecting a few pages of all the phones available to me and preferably in price order.

  4. Include all providers

    TalkMobile (Vodafone resold by Car Phone Warehouse) has the best basic sim only pay monthly deal at present but you do not include them in your evaluation. £7 = 250mins/5000text/500mb with contract length only one month. Others have longer contracts (at risk to price hikes for "inflation"). You show 3 @ £6.90 = 200/5000/500 but this is 50 minutes less and a 12 month min term.

  5. Data figures woefully insufficient

    Granted TMobile are useless for not reporting how much data is used, but your assumption of 200Mb is hugely inadequate. My phone is used mostly for data and hardly any voice/text use. So where the network won't report it, you could always ask the user instead of assuming such a low figure.

  6. Include all vendors who sell mobile phone deals

    Being part of a company who sell mobile phone deals and guarantee to be the best mobile phone deals at present, would like to know how billmonitor compares our deals to others.

    A printable summary of tarrifs would be really useful to print out and take to local phone shops to see if they can match the tarriffs offered.

    Really liked the 3 month average and last months usage figures but how about also putting 6 month 1 year and whole contract averages to see if the are very different. Anyway great service. Thabks

  9. Fix the handling of inclusive data on Vodafone tariffs

    The system is recommending that I take a data bundle on tariffs that already include an adequate data bundle. If my usage for the past three months averages at 150MBytes and never exceeds 500MBytes, a tariff that includes 500MBytes of data is clearly adequate.

  10. Choose handsets by feature as well as model.

    I'm only interested in deals that offer an Android phone. There is no way to practically use your site to help me short of manually going through one by one and looking for the best deals for each then manually comparing them...

  11. PAYG tarriffs

    Top up minimum of £10 on smartphones,but purchase smartphones for say £200 max.(not the £500 asked)this is a rip off,and top up when you like.
    I,m with O2 PAYG with a non smartphone,but with internet,Ive just been informed that due to new EU regs.,My internet charges will go UP from £1 a day(rip off) to £1.99 a day from July(total rip off!!!)

  12. i found it very helpful

    Just to say thank you and i switched to Tesco mobile and so far so good. Few hiccups but getting them sorted.....
    T-Moblie didn't want my custom and I was quite sad to leave them after 17 years, they tried to keep me with a rubbish mobile and rubbish contract.
    I love my Samsung Galaxy S2, much much better than the Galaxy Portal, that T-Mobile fobbed me off with 2 years ago.

  13. increase time period for average calculations

    I think events such as a 2 week annual holiday would impact the results of your 3 month average. I think a 6 or 12 month time period would give better results, if this were possible.

  14. Add a clear statement about which contracts are excluded (Virgin, Giffgaff etc).

    Currently, unless you know all the providers, it is easy to believe the Bill Monitor recommendation is the best deal. Until it includes all providers, the 'others' need to be checked separately.

  15. Pay monthly by Direct Debits is it called contract or PAYG

    SIM only Contracts are a big problem for 02. apps like my O2 who no longer support. Help.

    Allow a text description against multiple phones on the same Bill Monitor account. Much easier to identify by text than mobile number

  18. Current provider matched your recommendation

    I rang my currant provider as my contract is ending & told them I was leaving to follow your advice re a recommended contract that was much cheaper. I haven't left my provider because they then offered me a new contract that not only matched your recommended one, but was better.

  19. Contract Advice

    Not my idea, yours, and a good one. Whilst the information you provided wasn't quite accurate in my case, due to special long term discount, it was pretty good.
    I have a particular problem having taken on aSamsung handset which I then find won't bluetooth to my car, a Mercedes, a change of handset is going to cost me which is an issue since I took Vodafones shops advice to have that handset.

  20. I holiday on an annual cycle so a 3 month average gives poor recommendations

    I have been on billmonitor for a while, so you should have saved enough bills to total over 12 or 24 months. I think this would give me a better picture of what I would spend over the lifetime of the next contract.

    I am shocked to see the phrase in regard to this "studies have shown that the average individual".... as of course billmonitor is most interesting for the non average individual.

    I take irregular trips to destinations as varied as Iran or Siberia and at least one of these should be included in the averaging to make this…
