Inaccurate assessment of bill
Previously highlighted and yet problem still remains, making assumptions about internet usage from 'average' usage by other customers. How is this relevant? You ask for access to the phone account but do not take this into consideration resulting in TOTALLY erroneous recommendations.
Why not take the information given and put a rider to the effect if internet is used give the user to select it as an option. As it is makes the whole idea useless.1 vote -
electronic contributions
Is there really no way to make a contribution in response to good advice other than by cheque? Bank details for electronic transfer?

Offer alternatives
Because you are restricting results to match what you think the actual usage has been, you have omitted the best choice. eg, on a data allowance of 500 mb, I have tried hard to keep within that allowance because of cost, but would use a higher allowance if available for the same price. You showed me an orange tariff of around £25 for 100 mb but I can get unlimited data for £26 with T Mobile. Although T Mobiles tariff gives me more minutes and data than I need, as its less than £1 a month, it is far better…

More analysis
BM is AMAZING!!!! I have shared it on my fb page and have asked everyone to spread the word! To be able to view each months analysis would be good, as well as see it for 6 months or even 12 instead of just 3. Other than that, it's perfect for me!

Selected networks
When I chose the O2 network because of the necessary signal coverage for my area, the results didn't include Tesco or GiffGaff in the results who both use this network and I know are considerably cheaper than O2. It would help if you could include the supermarket brands etc within their real network supplier.
Otherwise it's a brilliant website and well done.1 vote -
Support Ovivo
Especially given their FREE monthly contract, I would love to see Ovivo included in the recommended contracts where appropriate.

Improve your web site - it's dreadful
For which browser is your site optimised - it looks dreadful in IE and Firefox. Amateurish. Emails are the same.
And stop making false claims: I received an email indicating that billmonitor could recommend a contract to me. I clicked on the link and your site says "New contract The best new contract for you It will cost you around £190 to leave your contract no deals match your preferences". So, which is it?

use an algorithm
use an algorithm that determines the resale value of a phone given with a contract (minus any upfront cost), using ebay valuations as a benchmark for example, and net that against the total cumulative cost of the contract, over 24 months. That would allow you to approximate a much better deal.
The HTC one deal you found for me would result in a nearly £2000 outlay over 2 years, minus £400 for the phone. I easily found a carphone warehouse deal for the same phone on O2 for £37/month. Over 2 years, that's wildly better (about £1100 better) than your…1 vote -
Absolutely phenomenal site!!!!
As pensioner we cannot afford to lose so much money, you should do a one off tv ad campaign so others can find out the facts. Utterly delighted and will change as My contract ends on Oct 25th and hubbys on Sept 24th, well done, Christine Foulkes - you are saving me alone £126 a year!!

O2 Refresh
O2 Refresh is relatively new and hasn't been included yet. This is obviously a different way of looking at things as you are opting in so you can change handset. WIll this be included at some point?
