Select months that billmonitor analyses
I would strongly recommend this function.
I am just about to change contract and this service isn't working optimally for me because of one week I spent abroad. Billmonitor is suggesting a tariff that would minimise my spending abroad as though I did it every month.
I am using the calculator function instead.

just a thank you!
I think the website is very useful as it is and have recommended it to others I was after a particular phone and got it much cheaper thanks to you but with my low usage overall T mobile are recouping the difference I guess. Next time I'll probably go for the cheaper deal rather than a specific phone, or keep the existing phone Thanks!

'Unlimited data'
Hi there- I am on an old traffiff on O2 called 'iPhone simplicity 20'. It's a rolling 30 day contract with 'unlimited data' (from 2009ish). It's £17 per month ex vat.
Basically- they recently crippled my data speed for going over 4gb of usage. So it's not really unlimited. Unlike the Three tariffs that have 'all you can eat' data. The 'soft cap' on Three is around 1000gb per month. On my O2 tarrif, it's 4gb! Quite a difference!
I'm wondering if your system accounts for this?
I love it by the way, keep up the good work!

I am happy with the service as it is - no change needed
I just upgraded to the tariff you suggested - O2 did not have other or better idea, thank you

Variable usage
I rent out 4 ski flats which eans a big seasonal variation in monthly call minutes between summer and lat autumn/winter. This means I need to contract for a higher number of minutes than the average of the ast three months.

Fantastic website!
Not an idea for improvement, just a user saying thank you!
Only suggestion is using more than 3 months for comparison but you're probably already working on that.

Include an option to identify if a tarrif allows data tethering
As a user of multiple devices which I currently tether onto a single unlimited mobile data allowance on my phone, I need to identify the best deal for me which officially allows data tethering. Is there a way to include this in a future upgrade?

Irish Solution
Hi there,
I am based in Ireland and think bm is really cool. Is there a (planned) solution to use in Ireland? Also, can bm compare corporate/company accounts or is it always on an individual basis?
Thanks & Regards,

Spread the word - Blow your own trumpet
I found you by complete accident and I am so glad. You confirmed what I believed, what I wanted from my contract and what I was using during my contract didn't match up and I was paying over the odds, with you pointing me in the right direction and making changes to my and my daughters contract I will be saving over £240 next year. Going to analyse my partners contract next. I'll certainly be spreading the word, a great service being provided

Being able to change the filters even if they assess your bills.
My contract is with T-mobile. Apparently they don't supply you with info about data usage so a gb was added to my filters. I don't use the internet. Ever. This means that all the wonderful deals that I was supplied with were irrelevant as they added in a data usage that wasn't right and that I couldn't get rid of.

Try saving people money/ be relevant/check coverage
You say things will cost me more! What savings? Oxford mathmeticians? You mean Oxford Brookes? You forget that EE has voided contracts by increasing their charges by end of March. O2 have crap covetrage

feedback
You recommended a 46pound per month deal, my current deal is 11 pound per month, although with outa bundle charges averaging the monthly bill at 22 pounds. Iv'e also seen other deals which would negate my out of bundle charges for £17 -£27/ month. so there are better options out there, than your program highlights

I asked for the best deal on sim only
I found a better deal today than your recommendation. You rcommended Vodafone. I found EE provided for £11: 500 minutes, Unlimited Texts and 1GB Data.

which include0800 0870&0845numbers in the free minutes
Also which take voice mail out of your minutes my contract does not and the expensive numbers above are free as normal minutes. I would like to see the types of calls listed separately eg landline calls and expensive 0870 0845 and 0800 as my contract has unlimited landlines for a supplement of 2 pounds.i would like to know if the suggestion s to swap contract takes this into account

Maybe we're not all dickheads
My current contract is £6.90 a month - do you think I want to pay £33 a month for two years just to have an iphone?

Your comparison does not take into account the free unlimited uk landline calls bundle i have and use.
The comparison / analysis is very useful but incomplete. Also I have used data, in fact last month I was frozen out of internet access as i had used the months allowance in 24 hours.

UX feedback
Love the service - it's saved me quite a lot over the years! Would it be OK to send through some thoughts on the design? There's a few areas where there are some easy changes that could be made which would really improve the feel of the site.

publish prices of handsets
show sim only deals for sim free handsets, so that you can "supply" your own contact, as I have done with my other (wifes) number
