How can we improve Billmonitor?

  1. include more tariffs

    I was surprised that only the "free" phone tariffs showed up. I'm considering buying the phone and paying less each month and thought this site would help me with finding the best deal for that too.

    Hi guys,

    First off, billmonitor looks great! Just seems to be one of those apps with no limits of evolving :P

    You don't know me but I'd like for that to change . . .

    I'm one of the founding members of Volpit ( www.volpit.com ) we're an equity crowdfunding platform, yes, another platform!

    Ok, quick reasons why we're better:
    - We allow entrepreneurs to create a business plan online - it's simple, interactive and looks insanely cool.
    - £0 legal fees because we standardised and automated everything (this by itself is a major innovation).

  3. Allow billmonitor to ignore parts of your previous bills

    I've just been on holiday for a couple of weeks where I used my contract abroad, this isn't a regular thing and it's skewed the results for the contracts that are coming back for me. I'd like to tell billmonitor to ignore the roaming calls/texts/data on my last bill and to find me the best contract without these included. I love your site, but I'm 4 months away from needing a new contract and I'm not sure I can use any of the suggestions provided because they include roaming, which is 100% something I don't want/need.

  4. You don't include pay as you go. You recommend a deal costing £7 a month when clearly pay as you go is much cheaper

  5. Have a filter for "all smartphones"

    At the moment when searching deals, you can either pick one specific phone, or have deals for all phones. However, it's obvious that you would be able to get a cheap deal for a basic brick - but what if we just want to know the best deals for smartphones only? Likewise, some people specifically want to avoid smartphones - so an "all smartphones" and a "no smartphones" option would be really helpful.

    Unfortunately, your recommended supplier (3) has no coverage in the area where I live (AB34 5JZ) so I can't take advantage of the great savings.

  12. Better design

    Remove gradients, have flat look. Change Lucida Console font to sans-serif, maybe Helvetica or Open Sans or Lato. Mobile / tablet support would be nice.

  16. Network Providers

    How comes you can provide the BillMonitor service for T-Mobile and Orange, but not EE ? THEY'RE ALL THE SAME COMPANY !!
    Also with O2 and Tesco Mobile. THEY'RE ALSO THE SAME COMPANY !!
    Get it sorted ASAP. I am shown a massive advert telling me you provide this service but I cannot use it. You already know I am an EE customer as you can see where my bills go.
    Either get access to EE, which will be the same as Orange and T-Mobile or don't bombard me with adverts that don't apply to me !

  20. please why no TalkTalk scrutiny?

    I heard about you from Which? Article and am so so disappointed that TalkTalk is not being cooperative as I don't trust them but do not know how to escape the contract (perhaps die??) Your service looks FANTASTIC!
