  1. Kcom

Can you please add kcom to your list of providers as I found it to be my cheapest deal. Kcom uses the o2 network.

  2. I would like a wider range of providers to compare

I have an offer from Plusnet, and want to compare it with my O2. I can't do that with you. Plusnet are offering existing BB customers 1 gb + lots of minutes and texts (I don't ever come near my allowance usage) but the 1gb would be good and about 4 times as much as my current O2 deal. And the plus net deal is only £5 pcm. So would be cheaper.

  3. Need figure for average call minutes not just data and texts

I need to see ave. call minutes or Billminder is useless to me. I have unlimited minutes on current EE plan but Billminder analysis showed I had used zero minutes over last three months. This is wrong. Without this I cannot compare plans that offer fewer minutes (e.g. a cheap one offering 1500mins not unlimited) to see if its worth downgrading.

  4. Identify Insurance

Identify insurance and either match or start tracking independent insurers of phones.
You suggested a policy which cost more at a basic level because you treated the insurance as an extra, which for me, it isn't, it's an essential part of my contract.

  5. Take into account Ability to setup personal hotspot

The contract suggested as better than my current one is a three essentials tariff which doesn't allow personal hotspot. I should be able to add this to my requirements so that those tariffs are filtered out.

  7. Same idea for Broadband

I'm currently trying to switch broadband suppliers and totally befuddled. Guidance and what I actually use so I can compare would be brilliant.

  8. Anything that you can suggest to make it feel safe to change provider would be good.

I wish I had one to do the above. The customer fears the process of requesting a mac number; You fear a provider who cannot give good network coverage;you fear a situation where the provider is constantly inflating the prices and encouraging you to buy more complex technology that you actually do not need or even want.

  12. Allow manual tweaking of calculated values

I recently visited Dublin for the weekend and therefore my 3 month average shows roaming minutes, texts and data.

I never normally go abroad and this is not indicative of my normal usage, so in this case, I'd want to hide the roaming charges from the calculation.

This has meant that BillMonitor thinks my average bill will go up from £17/month to over £150/month!

  13. Please would it be possible to include cashback in comparison

Thank you for this site, but I have a suggestion.

My contract is on O2 24Months £28pcm but I get a total of £288 cashback over the 2 years, which makes my actual payment £16pcm.

Wondering if there could be somewhere that this can be included in the final calculation, (even if we have to manually edit the results) as each time I have to mentally take off £12p/m to get a truly accurate comparison.

  16. Duel bill

I have 2 phones on the account. This app seems to link them. It shows for my number that I have 20 months left but it finishes in 7 months. The second phone finishes in 20 months.

  17. Allow selection of contract length

Allow the selection of sim only monthly rolling contracts.
Many people now prefer the freedom of monthly rolling contracts, if they could select a preferred contract length that would be helpful.

  18. Compare deals which have all components included

You compared my last 3 bills but failed to notice I currently have unlimited data included in my tariff then recommended a Tesco deal which has no data included! This service was clearly a waste of time and effort and I would like my email address removed from you data base as I do not wish to use your service again

  19. Peak usage

Instead of giving a 3 month average, give the month with the peak usage because it is the peak which triggers extra cost because unused time / texts / MB are not carried over.

  20. Feedback

Please take care with what you advertise as the upfront cost...the iPhone 6s 64GB is being shown as £200 with £27.50 monthly cost for unlimited texts and calls and 1GB data with 02 but I ended up with the handset cost of £249.99 which contradicts the calculation and I've realised does not make it the cheapest deal advertised on Bill Monitor with that spec.

    Thanks
