How minutes and pictures are handled does differ per vendor.
You don't take into account how O2 handles picture messages. Unlike other vendors a picture message will consume 3 texts from my allowance.
so considering a user with X texts and Y pictures unlike other terifs this equates to texts = X+(Y*3) and not X texts + the cost of Y pictures which I think gives incorrect results.
Likewise thouse with large volumes of calls with low call times (less than 1 minute) companies like T-mobile charges a full miniute minimum per call irespective of large numbers of calls at 5-30 seconds (to answer phone and put down for example).
Lookging forward to something more accurate in the future.
Thanks for highlighting this behaviour. I’ll pass this on to Mac, our resident plan doctor.

Thanks for the heads up on that, I think we'd missed that one! I'll get it changed ASAP.

FYI, no new tariffs support the 41 ratio for MMS. they all charge now. only older tarriffs support the 4:1 ratio.

We now support O2's picture message charge correctly but we're still working on minimum call charges.
