  3. Add Tesco Mobile to your database

    For the iPhone, Moneysavingexpert calculates that Tesco offer the best deal going and yet you don't offer it in your results. So currently BM is not a "whole of market" analysis.

  4. Let me pick multiple phones and give me a list of tarriffs supplying any of them.

    Currently you can only choose a single phone, but in fact there are several models that I like, and the only thing that separates them is what they are going to cost me. I'd like to be able to select several phones, and have it give me the best tarrifs that supply any one of them.

  5. Allow selecting phones by features

    Add a system so that rather than specifying individual phones, you can specify "any phone running the S60 operating system" or "any phone running the Google Android system". Those are the most important. After that "Any phone with a N megapixel camera" and "any phone without a camera", "any phone with web browsing etc."

    We have just set our updated website live, and there are now many more available filters for your recommendations.

    You can specify that you want a handset from a specific manufacturer, or with a certain amount of internal memory, and we hope that there are enough options there for you to see only the handsets that you’re interested in.

    Please include EE for bill analysis. I see you already include Orange and T-Mobile so surely EE is a logical next as they are the parent company?

    Great idea and a great service can't wait to sign up - once you include EE!

  9. tell us how to deal with 2 phones on same account?

    some of us have two numbers (ie our own and our partners phone) with same provider. Would be good if we can check both numbers using your system.

    If you can run your bill through BillMonitor and email feedback@optimorlabs.com with your session id (the link we send you in the email) that would be fantastic! We only have a few beta users with multiple accounts, and it takes us some bills before we can train the system to deal with things like this.

  10. Allow me to log on

    On your site, there is only an option yto login using either a facebook or twitter account.
    I do not keep all my old emails on the off chance that I will have to use a link in the email as my only way of accessing a site.
    I do not want to login this way, so I am now excluded from using the service

  12. Use 'please' & 'I' instead of 'pls' and 'i'

    They seem incongruous with a financial services website especially as they are the only isolated use of 'txt' speak.

    We have been updating the text in our mail messages and in the process a lot of the ‘pls’ has been revised out.

  15. include email on handset separate from data

    email can be offered separate from overall data allowances and ability to use email on phone is key for many customers. Suggest you separate generic data from email support.

  16. Let Me Choose between higher handset costs or higher monthly cost

    When looking at deals, I was only given the deals where I would pay over £250 for the handset but the monthly costs were less. However, I could not choose to pay less for the phone and more per month. If I am not in a position to spend £250+ up front for the phone but could pay £45 per month, I cannot use this site. I think a slider/option to decide a maximum handset price would be useful.

  17. Roaming Data

    It appears that your site cannot cope with the use of a reasonably large amount of data abroad under Three's 'Feel At Home' pricing structure. This data was obviously free for me at the time however the site seems to price all previous foreign usage at the standard rate meaning I cannot get a bill comparison that is less that £1500 per month!! I appreciate that the operators have a variety of passes and deals on foreign data that make it difficult to track accurately - all I would like is an option to ignore roaming data when looking at…

    We’re aware of this issue. The problem is that when you’re making use of Three’s “Feel at home” pricing, they do not disclose on your bill which country you were in at the time.

    Because of this, we are unable to accurately work out the cost of this usage on other providers – we have to assume the worst case.

    The analysis will work correctly when recommending other Three “Feel at home” plans, but other networks will come up as expensive.

    This is as much as we can do for now, so I’m going to mark this ticket as completed.

    There are other suggestion tickets for being able to edit your usage, e.g. allowing you to exclude roaming data, so please vote for those an we’ll hopefully make some progress on this in the future!

  18. More in depth analysis of bills that have have unlimited calls within carrier

    My bill beat your site by ~£10 as I make use of an unlimited o2 to o2 call bolt-on your current model does not take into account that despite having say a 500 minute contract, it could be possible to make calls either to landlines or intra-carrier in excess of 2000minutes by opting for a bolt on at contract sign up. O2 for instance offer between 1 and 2 free bolts on many of their contracts.

  19. Multiple Numbers on the same account

    I have been advised that I could save over £300 per year by reducing my bill from around £45 to around £19. This would be right except that it has read my bill amount for both of my numbers and only returned the results for one....

  20. If you included business tariffs i'd pay for the service as i'd save money - excellent site!

    This site could make efficiencies in company mobile phone costs by offering an analysis of business tariffs. This could generate a revenue stream for the site as I’d pay a nominal fee for such a service on the basis that I could potentially save 100's of pounds over the duration of the contract.
