Let me remove weird periods from my assessment
I called home from abroad a lot one month which is very unusual for me. The assessment took this into account - it would be great if I could choose to exclude periods from the assessment.
This continues to be an issue that people find disappointing. We’re aware it’s a shortcoming in the current service and are working on how to improve it. As this is a fundamental change to how billmonitor works, we’re still considering the best way to implement this. Can’t give an ETA right now but it’s on our must-have list!

The inclusion of a couple of days of roaming data and calls whilst on holiday in the calculation of the predicted monthly bill has completely skewed it. Instead of ~£11 my bill is predicted as £200+ a month! This makes comparisons inaccurate.
I won't likely be roaming again, certainly not every month so it would be good to be able to switch off the impact of roaming in the calculation. -

I've had a one-off charge from Orange/EE (for cancelling an unrelated home broadband service) and it's skewing my average monthly charge result. An option to select which months to use to calculate the average would be very handy, I agree!

I have been to Europe twice this year and have Vodafone Euro Traveller. I don't use my phone everyday whilst away but when I do I know I can use the calls, text and data which is part of my inclusive contract for a daily fee of £3 inc VAT (foreign use does not form a large part of choosing my tariff). Vodafone bills this by making making a charge to either a call, text or data for £2.5 (exc VAT). Whether it is easier to remove weird periods from the assessment, separate out foreign use or remove these individual charges it would be great. I think Billmonitor is a great tool but unfortunately this year my last foreign trip falls into the 3 month calculation window so the bill evaulation will be of no help this year.

In July I had to call a lot of premium numbers (not those ones) and so my bill wasn't reflective of my normal usage. That has ramped up my average bill over the last three months. Would be great if I could say "ignore this month" so it doesn't skew the bill analysis results. Clever BillMonitor scientific trickery may have already taken this into account but I wasn't sure.

Allow you to exclude rogue months (1 month had 1.5gb data )

I would strongly support this suggestion - same situation!

This would be great for me as I currently get 40 free international texts every 3 months as part of T-Mobile together rewards. If I didn't get these free I would use fishtext which would cost be 3p per text.

I'd like to second Jim's comments. Within my last 3 months there are roaming / premium charges which are generally not part of my average usage. If we could exclude these from the analysis that would be a great feature!

Automatic would be good but providing us with the flexibilty to ignore roaming charges and premium rate charges would also be good
