    This continues to be an issue that people find disappointing. We’re aware it’s a shortcoming in the current service and are working on how to improve it. As this is a fundamental change to how billmonitor works, we’re still considering the best way to implement this. Can’t give an ETA right now but it’s on our must-have list!

    The inclusion of a couple of days of roaming data and calls whilst on holiday in the calculation of the predicted monthly bill has completely skewed it. Instead of ~£11 my bill is predicted as £200+ a month! This makes comparisons inaccurate.
    I won't likely be roaming again, certainly not every month so it would be good to be able to switch off the impact of roaming in the calculation.
