   They are techinically PAYG – so we dont’ include them currently. However, we are aware that it works similar to contract payments and are looking into how we might include them in future.

   Could you get coverage data from OpenSignalMaps (http://opensignalmaps.com/) ?

   They've a nice Android app for measuring coverage. Perhaps they also grant access to their crowd-sourced data ?
