Let people specify voicemail usage
Some people use voicemail a lot. This might affect recommendations.

Online Billing Assesment For O2 Users
If consumers were able to see how much they talk and text on the phone, they could find a suitable contract that would fit their needs based on graphical data. This would help find the right contract and would also show for those who just want to know how long the spend with mobiles.

How minutes and pictures are handled does differ per vendor.
You don't take into account how O2 handles picture messages. Unlike other vendors a picture message will consume 3 texts from my allowance.
so considering a user with X texts and Y pictures unlike other terifs this equates to texts = X+(Y*3) and not X texts + the cost of Y pictures which I think gives incorrect results.
Likewise thouse with large volumes of calls with low call times (less than 1 minute) companies like T-mobile charges a full miniute minimum per call irespective of large numbers of calls at 5-30 seconds (to answer phone and put down for example).

include email on handset separate from data
email can be offered separate from overall data allowances and ability to use email on phone is key for many customers. Suggest you separate generic data from email support.

tell us how to deal with 2 phones on same account?
some of us have two numbers (ie our own and our partners phone) with same provider. Would be good if we can check both numbers using your system.

We only have a few beta users with multiple accounts, and it takes us some bills before we can train the system to deal with things like this.
