Support Three's 'Feel at Home' Program
The algorithms fall flat on their face when analyzing a three-month history that includes international minutes/data on Three - they have a 'Feel at Home' program that means international calls/data from certain countries don't actually cost you any different to when you are in the UK.
As a result, here is the analysis I got today:
"Over the last 3 months your average Three bill was £30.12
The best new contract billmonitor can currently find for you is £565.16"
Really? £565.16?! Wow! Obviously, that's just crazy!

This should be possible using the current system. Bill analysis will pick up on your international calls, and recommend tariffs/bundles accordingly. You can also specify this in the calculator.

It would be nice to see more than 3 months of data
It'd be really nice to see the usage of minutes, texts and data over say the past year if possible ? Otherwise a brilliant service, thank you.
8 votesWe have just set our updated website live, and you can now see all of your usage that we’ve analysed.
When you sign up we will still only retrieve your last three months, but once you’ve been with us for a while you will be able to go back and view your past usage.

How minutes and pictures are handled does differ per vendor.
You don't take into account how O2 handles picture messages. Unlike other vendors a picture message will consume 3 texts from my allowance.
so considering a user with X texts and Y pictures unlike other terifs this equates to texts = X+(Y*3) and not X texts + the cost of Y pictures which I think gives incorrect results.
Likewise thouse with large volumes of calls with low call times (less than 1 minute) companies like T-mobile charges a full miniute minimum per call irespective of large numbers of calls at 5-30 seconds (to answer phone and put down for example).

Recommendations near contract end
I think it would be better if I could specify my contract end date so that BillMonitor didn't tease me with all these great deals for the next 18months!!! This way, rather than get fed up of receiving the emails I will be thankful for the advice that I receive.

Allow users to get rid of bill monitor
I do not want my bills monitored any longer. There should be an easy way of cancelling the service.
7 votesYou can now log in and go to your account settings page (https://www.billmonitor.com/consumer/account/settings/), where you have the option to unsubscribe from your analysis for certain phone numbers, delete certain phone numbers, or delete your entire account.
Of course, you can still do this the old way – either by clicking unsubscribe in any of the emails we send to you, or by emailing support@billmonitor.com

Ensure that the system doesn't include Care Plans within Total Cost of Contract
My BillMonitor has included my Orange Care Plan within the total cost of the contract.
Therefore, the suggestions given to me this time around indicated cheaper contracts were available. This was incorrect, as my contract minus the Orange Care Plan was cheaper.
Care Plans need to be included separately, any maybe even compared in their own section too.
6 votesOrange is no longer a network as it’s been merged with EE, however this functionality is now available, and similar things should work correctly on other networks.

Providing Username & Password
You may be an ethical group of people but to provide my username and password to someone I don't know goes against everything we're constantly being told in the press. It might even go against the terms and conditions of my contract.

Include my usage of non-geographic numbers in your analysis
I seem to get billed for a lot of off-plan usage by calling companies that use non-geographic numbers such as 0800, 0844, 0845 and 0870 numbers which are not included in any bundles. Call costs vary widely between mobile providers and it would be great if this was included in your analysis.

Adding in 4G / EE Tariffs
It would be helpful if you could select EE as a network provider, and/or specify that you want to choose from 4G tariffs

Keep your site up to date
For a week now, I thought the above offer was available. Only when I attempt to buy the deal do I find out that the deal no longer exists in the advertised form. Create the bill analyser for the Orange Network too..
This would be great so that everyone could use this facility. I was recommended by my partner who thought it was brilliant but he is on Vodafone. Iam on Orange so its not available for me just yet.

Online Billing Assesment For O2 Users
If consumers were able to see how much they talk and text on the phone, they could find a suitable contract that would fit their needs based on graphical data. This would help find the right contract and would also show for those who just want to know how long the spend with mobiles.
